Contains 1,000 full-text scripts as well as a bibliographic and biographical database of directors and writers, presenting the medium’s reflection on American attitudes and life. Communication & Mass Media Complete (EBSCO)Combining the resources of CommSearch (National Communication Association) and Mass Media Articles Index (Penn State), this database presents 500 full-text journals with coverage dating to 1915.

Coverage on topics including aging, cancer, diabetes, drugs and alcohol, fitness, nutrition and dietetics, and more through full-text health reference books, encyclopedias, health reports, consumer health pamphlets, and leaflets. Also includes medical images and diagrams and over 2,000 Health Daily videos from NBC Digital Health Network.
The Culinary Arts Collection includes 250 major cooking and nutrition magazines as well as reference content from Delmar, Cengage Learning. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information.
DV Cuisine Streaming Videos
This package of digital videos from DV Cuisine includes 10 culinary documentaries covering a range of topics, focusing especially on major culinary competitions. Classroom use of these videos is permitted. Titles include On the Road to the Bocuse d’Or, The Bocuse d’Or: Going for Gold, Bocuse 2007, Master Chef: Taste of a Lifetime, The Road to the Culinary Olympics, World Pastry Cup: Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie, The World Pastry Cup: Sweet Rewards, World Baking Cup: the Best Bread in the World, The Mystique of the Truffle, and Making a Difference: the Story of Fred and Linda Hawkshaw.

OmniFile Full Text Mega (H.W. Wilson--EBSCO)
Formerly a Wilson database, this resource is more robust than the previous subscribed OmniFile Full Text Select, with over 3,100 full-text publications dating to 1994 and over 500 podcasts and videos on a range of art, humanities, and science subjects. Covers core subjects including applied sciences, art, education, humanities, law, social sciences, and technology.
Points of View Reference Center (EBSCO)
